Service Description
Our comprehensive service includes a full vacuum of seats, carpets, and trunks, thorough wiping of dashboards, consoles, and doors, interior window cleaning, light stain spot treatment, door jambs wiped, and a refreshing deodorizer. Experience a spotless finish and a pristine interior without the hassle of leaving your home. At Garcia Mobile Detailing, we bring quality car detailing directly to your doorstep, ensuring your vehicle looks its best without the hassle of travel. Please note that extreme cases of neglect, excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, or heavy sand may incur additional costs and time. Headliner cleaning is excluded for liability reasons, and detailing minivan interiors requires additional time.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with Garcia Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following: 1. We will not perform services that may damage your vehicle. 2. You must disclose any cosmetic or mechanical issues that could prevent service, including low battery, inoperable windows, locked trunks, or similar conditions. 3. You must notify us of any health or safety hazards inside the vehicle, including needles, drugs, fuel, or biohazards. You are responsible for any risks caused by your vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service. If service cannot be performed due to undisclosed issues or your absence, the deposit is forfeited. 4. Appointments Arrival times are approximate. Delays may occur due to safety or operational reasons. We will notify you of significant changes. 5. Pricing Pricing is based on vehicle size, package, and condition at arrival. Extra charges may apply for heavy stains, pet hair, debris, personal item removal, or steam cleaning. No guarantees are made regarding final condition. 6. Property Damage You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garcia Mobile Detailing and its staff from claims, losses, or damages related to mobile services, including property damage. 7. Car Seats and Accessories We do not remove or install car seats or custom equipment, including seat covers, audio equipment, pet protectors, or decals. These must be removed before service if cleaning underneath is requested. 8. Cancellations and Changes • A $50 non-refundable deposit per vehicle is required. • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled, converted to a gift card, or canceled with a $50 fee (up to 6 hours before the appointment). • Cancellations within 6 hours may only be rescheduled or converted to a gift card. • Appointments totaling $400 or more require 48-hour notice or may be charged in full. 9. Payment Payment is due upon completion. Cash and credit cards accepted. Online payments are processed after service. A $30 fee applies for non-sufficient funds. 10. Photos and Video You authorize photos or videos for marketing. License plates and house numbers will not be shown. Media will not be sold or shared. 11. Damage Claims We are not responsible for minor cosmetic issues. Reimbursement applies only to major damage caused by gross negligence or misconduct and requires approved vendors. Issues must be reported within 24 hours. Touch-ups must be scheduled within 5 days.
